Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you love your Sunday Kids Store purchase, however if you wish to return an item we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, we will gladly exchange it for a credit note on all full price items only, Sunday kids does not refund.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items as they are FINAL sale so please choose carefully.  

Please note, Sunday Kids Store does not cover shipping costs nor will delivery costs be refunded.

FAULTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sundaykidsstore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock. We can assist by issuing you a credit note to the dollar amount (excluding postage) so you can place a new order. 

 

CREDIT NOTE​

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
